Rachel Toberty

Attorney

Ms. Toberty joined Kirk and Toberty as an associate attorney in 2013. She received her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Regent University School of Law in Virginia. She was the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and received the Family Law Award as well as the Professionalism Award.

Ms. Toberty is an adjunct professor of Law at Trinity Law School where she has taught Criminal Law and Family Law. Ms. Toberty serves on the board for My Refuge House, a non-profit after-care facility for girls rescued from sex-trafficking in Cebu, Philippines.
