J. Douglas Kirk, B.A., J.D.

Mr. Kirk received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento in 1986, where he received awards for Trial Advocacy. Mr. Kirk is a seasoned litigator with more than twenty years of courtroom experience in criminal defense and business litigation matters. He has extensive trial experience, including more than one hundred bench and jury trials.

Mr. Kirk was previously an adjunct Professor of Law at Trinity School in Santa Ana, California, where he was named professor of the Year in 1993, and has also taught as an adjunct Professor at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California. Mr. Kirk is admitted to practice law in the State of California, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

David P. Toberty, B.A., J.D.

Mr. Toberty received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Regent University School of Law in Virginia in 1990. He was a member of the Regent University Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award for achieving the highest academic score in Family Law.

Mr. Toberty has practiced in Southern California since 1991. His practice is focused exclusively in the area of Family Law, including Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Paternity, Mediation, and Stepparent Adoptions. He has also been an adjunct professor of law at Trinity Law School, teaching courses in Family Law, Small Office Law Management and Community Property. Mr. Toberty has been married for more than twenty years and has four children.
